Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Nashville Basement Waterproofed, Tennessee

Nashville home had issues with water that was getting in the basement every time it rained. The homeowner called us and scheduled a free estimate. Our design specialist Brandon performed inspection of the basement and identified where the problem was and offered a solution that would work best and wouldn't break homeowners' bank. To waterproof this basement, we started with installation of WaterGuard XL and EZ Flow in trenches. They collect water from the basement walls and lead it to the TripleSafe sump pump, which then pumps it out of the basement, where it escapes through the LawnScape Well. This solution will keep this basement waterproofed even during floods!

Lawn Scape Well

Lawn scape well is where water escapes from the basement. We install it at least 8 feet away from the house.
