Wet Basement
The homeowners use their basement as a laundry room. They got alarmed when they realized there is moisture on the walls - they know moisture leads to mold and that's the last thing you want in a room where you wash your clothes.
SuperSump
This sump pump was installed in the past. We just added a TrenchDrain and WaterGuardXL and connected it to the system to deal with water.
WaterGuard System
Our WaterGuard system has access in the corner for easy clean up and maintenance.

Basement Waterproofing
The WaterGuard is installed in trenches, covered with gravel, waterproofing material and finished up with concrete.
TrenchDrain
New TrenchDrain will be collecting water that gets under the door to the basement.
Waterproofers
Dug up trenches, the crew is ready to place the WaterGuard pipes in.
Service Log
At the end of each job, we place a Service Log sticker above the installed sump pump system to remind homeowners of the annual maintenance.
