Materials
All the materials for the job are prepared in the morning by our warehouse crew, then loaded by production crew into their vans.
Inspection
Our design specialist inspected the basement from inside and outside and offered best waterproofing solution to homeowners.
Basement Waterproofing
This basement used to have standing water in some parts of the space. We decided to instal EZFlow and sump pump to prevent water from staying in the basement.
Triple Safe Sump Pump with EZ Flow
Installation of the sump pump. The EZ Flow is collecting water and leading it to the sump pump.
Trenches
First, we dig up trenches in which EZ Flow is placed.
EZ Flow
EZ Flow is installed in the basement or crawl spaces to collect water and lead it to the sump pump system, which further pumps it outside.
IceGuard
IceGuard discharge leads water outside of the basement and in an event of flooding or extremely heavy rains, it help to get rid of water from the basement.
Permanently Removing Water
Discharge lines connect to LawnScape Well, where the water escapes the system. We install it at least 8 feet away from the basement to ensure water won't get back through soild.
Outlet
Discharge lines are buried and all you can (barely) see is the well. It blends in with the environment and doesn't stand out as an eye sore.
Sump Pump System
The sump pump with a back-up battery pumps water outside of the basement.
Production Crew
Our production crews work really hard to help our customers. They are our heros! Lots of manual work involved during the installation.
Annual Maintenance
We recommend to service our systems annually to make sure everything is working how it should. The system needs to be re-adjusted from time to time to guarantee flawless operation.
