Water Damage
When we arrived to inspect this basement, water was getting in through the foundation walls. We had to remove the insulation and later installed our WaterGuard pipes along the walls.
Waterproofing system
The WaterGuard collects water that gets to the basement and leads it to the sump pump, which is placed in the lowest spot in the basement. Following natural rules of physics, water runs downhill - the sump pump collects it and pumps it outside of the basement and keeps it dry.
Waterproofing Basement
WaterGuard XL was installed in trenches along the basement perimeters to collect water that gets in.
WaterGuard Installation
WaterGuard XL is placed in trenches, covered with gravel and layer of concrete.
Waterproofing Solution
Our waterproofing system is installed along the walls, sometimes our production crew needs to cut a wall in order to run the pipe from one room to another.
Smooth Finish
After we dug up trenches and installed our waterproofing system inside, it was connected to TripleSafe, and smoothed out with fresh layer of concrete, so the basement looks finished. We don't like leaving mess behind!
Basement waterproofing
WaterGuard is buried underneath the concrete - concrete sucks water, so you don't need to worry about it staying on the surface - it will get to the pipe system underneath.
