Basement Inspection
During an inspection, our design specialist measured levels of humidity in the basement.
Wet Basement
As you can see, the walls on the right side are staying wet after rains. Water gets into the basement through these walls and small cracks in concrete around the foundation.
Too Many Ways for Water to Get In
The concrete in front of the door is cracked, which creates easy entrance for water to get into the basement.
Sump Pump Installation
Installation of the TripleSafe sump pump. The sump pump will collect water and pump it outside of the basement, far enough for it to not return to the basement.
