TrenchDrain
TrenchDrain is installed in places with heavy foot traffic. We installed it underneath the garage door, because it was one of the weak spots, through which water easily get into the basement. TrechDrain will catch all water flowing in and lead it to the sump pump.
Installation of WaterGuard
To get from one room to another, our crew had to cut through a concrete block wall.
Accessing Pipes
WaterGuard is a system of pipes with a special design that prevents clogging, but collects water that gets into the basement. We designed an access point to the pipe, which is installed in a corner for easy access if needed.
Waterproofed Basement
With last finishing touches, this basement is now waterproofed!

TripleSafe Sump Pump Installed
TripleSafe sump pump collects all water thanks to our pipe system called WaterGuard, and pumps it outside of the basement.
LawnScape Well
IceGuard and LawnScape well is installed outside. The drain pipe will be buried and all you can see is the well, where water that's pumped out escapes. We install it at least 8 feet away from the house to guarantee water won't return through the soil back to the basement.
