WaterGuard is a system of pipes, placed in trenches around the walls. They collect water and lead it to the sump pump

The sump pump system with a battery back-up. WaterGuard is buried under a layer of concrete around the wall perimeters.
Water Escapes to the Yard
Pumped water from the basement escapes thorough the LawnScape Well, which is installed at least 8 feet away from the house.

Drain pipe is buried, all the homeowners can see now is this little green well, which easily blends in with the environment.
