Standing Water
Standing water in the basement after a rain.
Mold
Mold on the walls caused by moisture and humidity.
Wet Basement
When it rains, water falls down these steps and gets to the basement.
Sump Pump Installation
Sump pump is locate in the lowest spot of the basement, in the corner, so it can use rules of physics- water flows downhill, so it will all end up in the sump pump.
WaterGuard System
After the WaterGuard is installed, we cover it with layer of concrete.
Block Removal
We had to remove a section of the wall to get to the other side and install the WaterGuard system.
Accessing pipes
We install access points in the corners so we can get inside of the pumps if they needed to be cleaned in the future.
TrenchDrain
TrenchDrain collects water that gets into the basement and is used in high traffic areas, for example in a doorway.
Dehumidifier
SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier will keep the moisture of this basement at normal levels.
Sump Pump Keeps Basements Dry
Sump pump collects water and pumps it out of the basement. If the level of water was too high, an alarm will get loud to alert the homeowner to check the system.
Water Escapes in the Yard
IceGuard is installed on the outside basement wall and connected to a drain pipe which leads water from the basement to LawnScape Well, where it escapes. We install it at least 8 feet away from the house to make sure water won't return back to the basement through soil underneath.
Invisible Well
After the pipe is buried, all you can see is the green well, which blends in with the lawn, so you can barely see it. We designed it to not be an eyesore.
