Basement full of water and moisture on the walls.
How does water get in?
In this case, it seems like water gets in the basement through cracks on the foundation walls and through tiny gaps where concrete and wall connect. All it takes is heavy rainfalls.
Waterproofers
To waterproof this basement, we are going to install WaterGuard waterproofing system along the basement walls. This system will collect water and lead it to the sump pump. The pipes will go around the water heater.
Basement Inspection
During the initial inspection our design specialist measured high humidity levels in the basement.
