The owner of this Clarksville, TN home was unhappy with his home's damp and flooding basement. Due to some structural issues within the home's foundation, the basement would flood with any rain event. The homeowner asked to complete a free inspection and offer our solutions to his home's flooding issues.    Upon completing the free inspection, our design specialist suggested that we first address the structural issues and then move forward with waterproofing his basement. The homeowner agreed to this course of action and our field techs got to work waterproofing the basement. We installed WaterGuard drainage tracks along the perimeter of the home's basement to collect any water and move it into a new TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe has 3 pumping mechanisms housed in one drum to offer 3 levels of waterproofing and peace of mind for the homeowner. After these components were installed, our techs poured new concrete to cover the drainage tracks and return the basement floor to it's original condition. This system will keep the home's basement dry for years to come.
