This customer from Paducah, KY called into the office and reported that they had water coming in from an area of the basement and wanted us to come check it out. After investigating we quoted 43 ft of waterguard and the Design Specialist talked to the customer about all the different options. They also explained that a vapor barrier is recommended to help direct the water to the waterguard.     We ended up installing IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines, a TripleSafe Single pump system, a LawnScape Outlet, and a WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system. We also installed CleanSpace wall liner on walls 4 feet high. Now their basement is fully waterproofed, and the should not have any water intrusion issues again.
