This customer in Lebanon, TN called Frontier after some big storms came through and flooded their basement. As soon as the water was out, we got to work with a waterproofing system. For this customer, we recommended a DryTrak® Monolithic Floor Drain. As a baseboard drainage system, DryTrak® installs above the floor and along the inside perimeter of the basement. If you have a monolithic foundation, meaning that your floor and footing were poured as one piece, this is the only drainage system that's appropriate. DryTrak® is also perfect for other applications when jackhammering the floor is not an option-- in basements with radiant heat, for example. We also installed some Trench drains in areas where there is foot traffic, like doorways and other outside entry points. We finished the project with a TripleSafe sump pump, SaniDry Sedona, IceGuard drainage, and a LawnScape system to drain any water out of the basement.

TripleSafe Sump Pump and SaniDry Sedona

The TripleSafe Sump Pump is installed to pump excess water out of the basement. The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier will pull any moisture from the air.

IceGuard System

The IceGuard System is a drainage systems that prevents any freezing of the water being pumped out, so nothing will stop the flow of the excess water including the freezing winter.

Lawnscape system Installed

The Lawnscape system lets the water drain from the basement, through the IceGuard into the lawn, far from the structure of the home, thus protecting the foundation from pooling water.
