This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier after encountering water intrusion issues in his basement. To fix the problem we installed a Trench drain at the entrance, an EZ Flo to absorb ground water, and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump any water out through drainage lines that included an IceGuard System which will keep the water from freezing in the winter and a LawnScape System the will carry any water away from the home to drain into the yard. We also covered the walls with CleanSpace Liner and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any moisture out from the air. Now they have a basement that is waterproofed and usable.

Before Project Begins

EZ Flo Installed

The EZ Flo is being installed to absorb water and CleanSpace has been installed on the wall above it.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

TripleSafe Sump Pump being installed. This sump pump will pump any water out through the drainage lines to the yard through the LawnScape system.

EZ Flo Installation

The EZ Flo has been installed, buried and cemented over. This will help absorb any ground water.

Trench Drain

Trench drains are installed in areas of foot traffic like entryways.

Drainage lines leading any water out of the basement through the IceGuard and LawnScape system.

Drainage System During Install Process

A hole is dug for the drainage line, this will be buried and be flush with the yard. This prevents any issues with mowing the yard, it will be flush with the ground.

Drainage System Complete

The IceGuard and LawnScape System are completely installed and the LawnScape is buried. All water pumped out will drain out here in the yard away from the structure.

Project Finished

The TripleSafe Sump pump and SaniDry Sedona has been installed and sealed in and CleanSpace added to the walls as well as the EZ Flo has been installed and cemented over. This basement is now waterproofed.
