Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing in Nashville, TN
This homeowner in Nashville, TN, contacted Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to have their basement protected against water intrusion. After inspection, our design specialist recommended waterproofing the basement. At the job site, our crew began excavating a drainage trench along the perimeter of the basement. Inside the perimeter trench, we placed our EZ-Flow tubing. This tubing allows water to run into the newly installed TripleSafe sump pump, which we will install in the lowest section of the basement. We then applied our CleanSpace "wallie" to the walls of the basement to prevent water intrusion through the walls. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was also installed to keep humidity levels low and prevent mold growth.

Water Stains
In this area of the basement, there are clear signs that water has infiltrated the basement at some point.
Drainage Matting
We added drainage matting to the wall to facilitate the flow of water down into the trench.
