Water Damage
Obvious signs of water seeping through the concrete block as indicated by the waterline.
Weeping Holes
Weeping holes are drilled around the perimeter to allow water to flow out. This is where we will be placing the WaterGuard system after a trench is dug out.
WaterGuard System
The trench has been dug out and the WaterGuard drainage system is placed in it. It is then covered with clean gravel. Water will flow through here and be pumped out of the basement.
CleanSpace
After the WaterGuard is installed and covered with gravel, CleanSpace liner is placed on top. Now it is ready for a layer of concrete to seal everything in place.
WaterGuard System
The WaterGuard system is now covered with a layer of cement and the installation of this product is complete.
Lowest Section of the Basement
The TripleSafe Sump Pump is placed in the lowest pint of the basement, a section of the flooring is dug out for the sump pump to be installed.
TripleSafe
The TripleSafe sump pump is placed in the section of flooring we dug out and installed. This will pump any water out of the basement through the drainage lines.
Trench Drain
The Trench drain is installed in front of the bathtub due to us not being able to access behind it to place the WaterGuard.
IceGuard
The Iceguard drainage system is installed. This is a special drainage system that prevent the water from freezing and blocking up drainage in the colder months.
Before Project Begins
Entrance to the basement, if you look closely at the concrete walls, you can see the water is seeping through.
