Water Intrusion

Water Intrusion Mitigation
The customer has removed all the items in the flooded area and is using a fan to try to dry the water before the project starts.
Trench Dug
The trench is dug out and the debris cleaned up in preparation for the WaterGuard system.
Weeping Holes
Weeping holes are drilled at the bottom of the concrete block to allow water to flow down into the WaterGuard System.
WaterGuard System
The WaterGuard system is installed and covered with a layer of CleanSpace before the final step.
WaterGuard System Complete
The WaterGuard system has a layer of cement spread over it to seal it in place. This product is not fully installed.

CleanSpace is added to the walls as a vapor barrier.
