Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing in Dover, TN

This customer in Dover, TN called Frontier for their basement waterproofing needs after noticing water intrusion. To waterproof their basement we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system after drilling weeping holes in the concrete block walls, we also installed a TripleSafe sump pump to pump any water out through the drainage lines if it does get in. We also added CleanSpace to the concrete block walls. To finish this project we added IceGuard and LawnScape system to move the water out to the yard away from the structure.

Before Work Begins

Before this project starts everything will be removed and all debris cleaned up.

Water Intrusion

You can see were water is collecting at the bottom of the concrete block wall and causing mildew and mold to start to grow.

Trench

Digging out a trench around the perimeter where the WaterGuard will be installed.

Drilling Weeping Holes

Weeping holes are drilled into the concrete block to allow the water to flow out into the drainage system.

WaterGuard and TripleSafe

The WaterGuard is installed and clean gravel placed around it. The TripleSafe sump pump is also installed to pump the water out of the basement.

CleanSpace

CleanSpace liner is installed on the concrete block wall and a layer is also laid over the WaterGuard system.

WaterGuard Installation

The WaterGuard is fully installed, with a layer of cement laid over it.

LawnScape During Installation

A trench is dug outside to install the drainage lines and LawnScape system.

Installation of LawnScape Complete

The drainage lines and LawnScape system are buried, flush with ground. Having this system flush with the ground eliminates any issues with lawncare. This is where any water pumped out will go, far away from the structure.
