Basement Before Waterproofing
This photo shows that there are some wet spots from water seeping out of the concrete block walls onto the edges of the floor as well as the doorway where water is intruding.
Moisture and Mold Growth

Weeping Holes
The weeping holes are drilled into the concrete block to let the water seep out into the WaterGuard system.
WaterGuard Installation
The WaterGuard system is being installed. It is placed in the trench dug with the weeping holes. After this part, it will be surrounded with clean gravel before being covered.
Trench Dug
The trench has been dug and the weeping holes are being drilled into the block.
Installation Process
The WaterGuard has been installed, surrounded with clean gravel, and a layer of CleanSpace liner placed on top.
Trench Drain
Trench drains are installed in high traffic areas like entrances to catch the water before it enters.
IceGuard and LawnScape
IceGuard and LawnScape during installation. A place is dug out in the yard for drainage. It will buried flush to the ground.
Project Complete
The LawnScape is now buried and the project is complete. The basement is now waterproofed.
