Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing in Cumberland City, TN

This customer in Cumberland City, TN called Frontier to completely waterproof their basement after noticing moisture issues. To waterproof their basement we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system. We also installed CleanSpace on the walls, and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump water through the drainage lines and into the yard. To finish this project we added IceGuard and LawnScape system to move the water out to the yard away from the structure.

WaterGuard Installation

The trench has been dug and the WaterGuard system is being put in place.

Installation Process

After the WaterGuard is put in place it is covered in clean gravel.

WaterGuard Complete

The WaterGuard is covered with a thin layer of cement to complete the installation.

Sump Pump Installation

The TripleSafe sump pump during installation. It is placed at the lowest point of the basement, where water will naturally flow.

CleanSpace

CleanSpace is installed around the basement walls. This keeps any water behind it, it will then flow down into the newly installed WaterGuard system.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

The TripleSafe sump pump is now fully installed and will pump any water out through the drainage lines.

Drainage Lines

The drainage lines are being installed, since the sidewalk was so close they are placed beneath it. If we didn't install them this way, the water coming out of the basement would affect the sidewalk, leading to damage.
