Before Project Begins
Basement before project starts. All of this debris will removed when the project starts.
Moisture Issues
Visible moisture issues in the basement. Mold is growing on the walls.
Drainage Matting
Drainage matting is put down on the floors, and CleanSpace is installed on the walls. CleanSpace will also be placed on the floor.
Trench Dug
A trench is dug for the WaterGuard to be placed.
WaterGuard Installation Process
The trench is dug, weeping holes drilled, WaterGuard put in place, then covered with CleanSpace liner.
WaterGuard and Trench Drain
The WaterGuard system is installed as well as the Trench drain to capture any water.
SaniDry Sedona
SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier installed. This will pull any excess moisture from the air.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe sump pump is fully installed. This will pump any water from the basement out through the drainage lines.
IceGuard and LawnScape
IceGuard and LawnScape system during installation.

IceGuard and LawnScape installed, this is where all the water pumped out of the basement will be pumped out to.
