Basement Before Project
This is the beginning of the project, our foreman is just starting to excavate the area where the sump pump will go.
Drainage Lines
Extra drainage lines are placed in the basement flooring.
Drainage Lines Covered
The drainage lines are cemented in place.
Sump Pump Installation
Sump pump installation process. After the hole is dug out, the pump is placed inside and then assembled.
Sump Pump Install Finished
The TripleSafe sump pump is fully installed, and the excavation area is cemented over. A trench drain has also been installed in the doorway. The are used in high traffic areas to prevent water from coming in.
DryTrak Drainage System
As a baseboard drainage system, DryTrak® installs above the floor and along the inside perimeter of the basement. If you have a monolithic foundation, meaning that your floor and footing were poured as one piece, this is the only drainage system that's appropriate.
IceGuard System
If your discharge line is frozen with ice, the water will have no exit, thus backing up into your basement or crawlspace and burning out your pump. You will be flooded. To ensure that a basement does not flood from this freezing discharge lines, the water needs another way out of your home.
LawnScape System
The LawnScape system is being installed. This is where the water will end up, far away away from the structure.
IceGuard and LawnScape
These systems have now been fully installed. It is buried flush with the ground to make lawn care and mowing not an issue.
