Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing in Clarksville, TN

This customer in Clarksville, TN called Frontier for their basement waterproofing needs. To waterproof their basement we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system. To do this we pulled up the edge of the flooring and excavated the area to install the WaterGuard then drilled weeping holes in the concrete block. Once the WaterGuard is in place, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump to pump water through the drainage lines and into the yard. To finish this project we added IceGuard and LawnScape system to move the water out to the yard away from the structure. The floor planks removed during installation will easily be placed back by the customer.

Water Damage

By pulling up just a few flooring planks we can see where the water is leaking through the concrete block under the flooring.

Excavation

The area is excavated for the WaterGuard and TripleSafe sump pump.

Weeping Holes

Drilling weeping holes in the concrete block for water to drain through. The water will drain through these holes into the WaterGuard once installed.

WaterGuard

The area is excavated, weeping holes drilled, and the WaterGuard is put in place. After that the space around it is covered with clean gravel and a layer of CleanSpace liner.

Installation Process of Sump Pump

The TripleSafe sump pump during the installation process. Our crew has placed it, installed all the inner components and now the drainage lines are all being connected.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

The TripleSpace sump pump is installed at the lowest point in the basement. This is where water will naturally flow, then the TripleSafe will pump it out through the drainage lines.

WaterGuard Installation

The WaterGuard is fully installed now and covered with a thin layer of cement. Once this is dry, the homeowners will place the flooring planks back in place.
