Basement Water Issues
This basement is having water issues. Water is seeping through the concrete block and in between the mortar.
Efflorescence on Concrete Block
Efflorescence is a white, chalky, or powdery deposit that forms on concrete, brick, and other masonry surfaces when moisture causes salt to rise to the surface.
Excavation Process
The area where the WaterGuard is going to be placed is excavated and the debris from the process is removed from the basement.
WaterGuard System
The WaterGuard is installed and clean gravel is being placed around it.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe sump pump is installed. This will pump any water out through the drainage lines to the outside of the home.
CleanSpace
The walls are lined with CleanSpace and the WaterGuard is cemented into place.
Basement Waterproofing
The interior basement waterproofing is now complete.
IceGuard and LawnScape
IceGuard and LawnScape systems during installation process.
IceGuard and LawnScape Installation Complete
The IceGuard and LawnScape are fully installed and buried. The rocks are placed back, leaving the exterior just as was before.
Turtl® Access Well
To finish the entire project a Turtl access well is installed at the crawl space entry.
