This customer in Hendersonville, TN called Frontier for their basement waterproofing needs. To waterproof their basement we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system. We also installed CleanSpace on the walls, a TripleSafe sump pump, Trench drains, and IceGuard with a LawnScape System. These products will greatly reduce the chance of water intrusions and keep the basement dry and clean.

Trench Dug

A trench is dug in preparation for the WaterGuard installation.

WaterGuard Installation

The WaterGuard is now being placed in the trench that was dug around the perimeter.

TripleSafe Sump

WaterGuard has been placed and surrounded with clean gravel. The TripleSafe sump pump outer shell is put in place. It sits at the lowest point in the basement where any water will naturally flow.

TripleSafe Install Complete

The Triplesafe sump pump is fully installed. CleanSpace is also added to the walls.

WaterGuard Installation Process

The WaterGuard is placed, surrounded by clean gravel, and then covered with a layer of CleanSpace liner.

WaterGuard Complete

The WaterGuard installation is complete after a layer of cement is installed on top.

A Trench Drain is installed. We install trench drains in foot traffic areas like doorways where water can come in under doors or while people are entering or leaving the area.
