Wet Basement
This space was overwhelmed with water, rendering it nearly useless. Here, you can see clear evidence of floor leaks.
Brick Basement Wall
The brick basement walls are porous, allowing water to seep through and create moisture in the basement.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe sump pump is now installed, providing an effective solution for managing water in your home. This system includes a battery backup, ensuring it continues to operate during power outages and failures.
Trench Drain Dug
A trench drain is excavated along the perimeter of the basement floor, directing water from the sump pump to the exterior drain line.
Drain Pipes Installed
Once the trench drain is complete, the drain pipes are installed. After they are in place, the floor will be re-concreted to protect the pipes.
DryTrak System Installed
Next, the DryTrak system is installed along the perimeter of the basement, positioned above the floor. Weep holes are drilled at the bottom of the walls to facilitate drainage.
SaniDry Sedona
The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier is now installed, capable of removing up to 100 pints of moisture from the air each day. This energy efficient unit is compact, ensuring it won't take up much space in your basement.
IceGuard Exterior Drain
The sump pump and perimeter drains are connected to the exterior drain line, which is equipped with IceGuard to prevent leakage from frozen pipes during the winter months.
LawnScape Outlet
The exterior drainage directs water to a low-profile outlet called LawnScape. This design blends seamlessly into the landscape, avoiding the unsightly appearance of traditional drainage solutions.
