This customer in Cumberland City, TN called Frontier for their basement waterproofing needs. To waterproof their basement we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system. We also installed a Trench drain, IceGuard with a LawnScape System. These products will greatly reduce the chance of water intrusions and keep the basement dry and clean.

Trench Dug

Digging out trench to place the WaterGuard subfloor drainage system.

Sump Pump Hole Dug

The whole in the floor is excavated for the sump pump to be placed.

Weeping Holes

Weeping holes are drilled along the permitter to allow water to flow from the concrete block into the soon to be placed WaterGuard system.

Installation Process

The area is cleaned up, clean gravel is added and the WaterGuard is ready to be placed.

WaterGuard Installed

The WaterGuard is installed and the area is covered with a layer of CleanSpace.

Sump Pump Placed

The sump pump is installed and assembled.

WaterGuard Complete

The WaterGuard is installed and covered with a thin layer of cement to keep in place.

TripleSafe Installed

The TripleSafe sump pump is fully installed, drainage lines are connected and everything is cemented into place.

IceGuard and LawnScape

The IceGuard and LawnScape system are being installed. A area is dug in the yard to place the lines, then they are connected.

Project Complete

The IceGuard and LawnScape are fully installed and buried, flush with the ground. All lawn decor is put back in place, the system is almost invisible.
