Water Damage
Before project starts. You can see that water has been seeping through the bottom of the block wall and mold is starting to grow.
Excavation
Excavating the permitter where the WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system will be placed.
Area Cleaned Up
The excavated area is swept up and the WaterGuard is laid out, ready to be put in place.
Weeping Holes Drilled
Weeping holes are drilled in the concrete to allow water to seep out into the drainage system and out of the basement.
WaterGuard Installation
The WaterGuard is installed, covered with clean gravel, the covered with a layer of CleanSpace liner.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe sump pump is installed and connected to drainage lines to pump any water out of the basement.
WaterGuard Installation
The WaterGuard installation is complete and a layer of cement is placed on top.
IceGuard and LawnScape
The IceGuard System and LawnScape are being buried into the fround. This is where any water pumped out will end up far away from the home.
Project Complete
The IceGuard and Lawnscape are buried now, everything is put back in place and the project is now complete.
