Mold and Dirt in Basement
The water intrusion has brough dirt in with it and become the ideal environment for mold growth.
Moisture Levels
Taking moisture level readings in the basement and crawl space. We will also take readings outside and in the home to compare and get a better picture of what's going on.
Trench Excavated
A trench is excavated around the permitter of the basement wall where we will put the WaterGuard. Weeping holes are also drilled so that the water will flow down though the block out of the weeping holes and into the drainage system.
CleanSpace is Installed
The CleanSpace Liner is installed on all the basement walls. Strips are then cut, they will be placed over the WaterGuard.
WaterGuard Placed
The WaterGuard subfloor drainage system is placed inside the trench that was excavated.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe sump pump in installed and assembled at the lowest point in the lowest point of the basement.
Trench Drain
Trench Drains are installed in high foot traffic areas like doorways. This project had 2 trench drains installed. It will catch any water from the outside from coming in under the door or when the door has to open and close.

Installation Complete
The WaterGuard is fully installed and a thin layer of cement installed over it. This basement waterproofing project is now complete.
