Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing and Wall Repair in Joelton, TN

This customer in Joelton, TN called us for his basement settlement and waterproofing needs. For the waterproofing, we installed our patented DryTrak drainage system. We also installed a TripleSafe sump pump and drainage lines that lead to an IceGuard System and LawnScape system to pull all the water away from the structure into the yard. For the customer's wall failure issues, we installed an EverLast Wall Restoration System as well as CleanSpace. Now their basement is clean, dry and structurally sound.

DryTrak® Installation

As a baseboard drainage system, DryTrak® installs above the floor and along the inside perimeter of the basement. If you have a monolithic foundation, meaning that your floor and footing were poured as one piece, this is the only drainage system that's appropriate. DryTrak® is also perfect for other applications when jackhammering the floor is not an option-- in basements with radiant heat, for example.

The EverBrace Wall Restoration System™

The EverBrace Wall Restoration System™ permanently stabilizes the most extreme cases of failing foundation walls. With EverBrace, steel corrugated panels and beams work together to strengthen and stabilize foundation walls. Rigid foam is then injected to fill any voids behind the steel panels, fully transferring the load from the failing structure to the new support panels.

CleanSpace and DryTrak

Like our other wall systems, it can hold back water vapor passing through your foundation walls, directing it to your sump pump. With anti-microbial protection called UltraFresh built right in, no mold or mildew will grow on the CleanSpace!

TripleSafe

The TripleSpace sump pump is placed in the lowest section of the basement. The outer shell is placed in first and then the pump and other components are assembled inside of it.

The TripleSafe has been installed, assembled, and connected to the drainage lines. This will pump all the water out of the basement through the drainage lines out into the yard,

IceGuard Installation

The IceGuard has been installed and connected to the drainage lines the will lead to the LawnScape system. All of the lines will be buried after installation.
