Before Project Begins
Signs of water pooling and gathering with it dirt on the bottom of the basement floor.
Water Intrusion
You can see the water is seeping through the concrete block in this photo. Not only are the water lines visible but mildew and mold is starting to grow.
Old Sump Pump
This is the old sump pump, which was obviously not up to the task in pumping water out in this basement.
Cleaning Up
Cleaning up after the trench is dug and gravel has been added, before the final installation of the drainage system.
Preparing for WaterGuard
The trench is dug, weeping holes are drilled, and gravel has been added. The WaterGuard will soon be placed on top and sealed into place.
Installing the Sump Pump
A hole is dug out at the lowest point in the basement and the sump pump is being installed. The outer shell is inserted first, and the rest of the components assembled inside of it.
WaterGuard
WaterGuard being placed in position.
WaterGuard Installation Complete
The WaterGuard has been placed in position and a thin layer of cement is added over it.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe sump pump is now fully assembled and installed. This will pump any water out through the connected drainage lines out of the basement.
IceGuard and LawnScape
The IceGuard and LawnScape systems have been installed and lines buried, This is where all the water that is pumped out of the basement will flow to. Far away from the structure.
