This customer in Antioch, TN called Frontier for their basement waterproofing needs. To waterproof their basement we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump water through the drainage lines and CleanSpace to the basement walls. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines and a LawnScape system. Now their basement is dry and clean.

Drywall Removed

The drywall has been cut out of the affected area. It will be treated for the mold, repaired, and the waterproofing part of this project will begin.

Preparing for WaterGuard

The perimeter is prepared for the excavation to begin, then the WaterGuard will be put in place, surrounded with clean gravel and covered with a thin layer of cement.

Weeping Holes

Weeping holes are drilled into the concrete block to allow water accumulated inside the block to seep out. It will be covered with CleanSpace and the water will flow directly into the WaterGuard system. From there, it will flow to the sump pump, and pumped out of the basement.

WaterGuard Placed

The WaterGuard is put in place and surrounded with clean gravel. It will now be covered with a thin layer of cement and once dry, this part of the project will be complete.
