This customer in Pleasant View, TN called Frontier for their basement waterproofing needs. To waterproof their basement we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump water through the drainage lines and CleanSpace to the basement walls. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines and a LawnScape system. Now their basement is dry and clean.

The WaterGuard is fully installed now and has been covered in a thin layer cement. This secures the product into place.

The TripleSafe Sump Pump

For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

IceGuard and WaterGuard

The IceGuard and WaterGuard system have been installed and buried. Many sump pump discharge lines are susceptible to freezing during the cold winter months. Our IceGuard® discharge line protection prevents this from happening, with no need for the homeowner to do anything! This specifically designed grated adapter is located outside where the discharge line exits the house. If the pipe underground freezes in the winter, water can still be pumped out without the worry of backups into your basement!
