Excavation for Sump Pump
The area at the lowest point in the basement is excavated for the sump pump to be placed.
Getting Ready for DryTrak
The permitter is excavated and weeping holes are drilled into the concrete block for water to flow through into the DryTrak when it is installed.
Excavation for Drainage Lines
Areas of the basement slab are excavated for the drainage lines to be installed.
The TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.
DryTrak
As a baseboard drainage system, DryTrak® installs above the floor and along the inside perimeter of the basement. If you have a monolithic foundation, meaning that your floor and footing were poured as one piece, this is the only drainage system that's appropriate.
CleanSpace® Wall System
Like our other wall systems, it can hold back water vapor passing through your foundation walls, directing it to your sump pump. With anti-microbial protection called UltraFresh built right in, no mold or mildew will grow on the CleanSpace!
Drainage Lines Installed
The Drainage lines have been installed and covered with clean gravel.
Drainage Lines
Drainage lines are now covered with a thin layer of cement
Basement Waterproofing
The basement waterproofing in now complete and the area cleaned up.
IceGuard® Discharge Line Protection
Many sump pump discharge lines are susceptible to freezing during the cold winter months. Our IceGuard® discharge line protection prevents this from happening, with no need for the homeowner to do anything! This specifically designed grated adapter is located outside where the discharge line exits the house. If the pipe underground freezes in the winter, water can still be pumped out without the worry of backups into your basement!
