Before Project Begins
Basement before project starts. All this debris will be removed before we start the waterproofing process.
Moisture Levels
Taking moisture levels inside the basement. This will give us an accurate picture of what is going on and the best course of action.
Weeping Holes
Weeping holes are drilled in the concrete block so the water will drain down into the DryTrak system and then pushed out through the installed drainage lines into the yard.
Perimeter Excavated
The concrete is excavated around the perimeter of the basement wall under the weeping holes to make space for the DryTrak to be installed.
DryTrak Installed
As a baseboard drainage system, DryTrak® installs above the floor and along the inside perimeter of the basement. If you have a monolithic foundation, meaning that your floor and footing were poured as one piece, this is the only drainage system that's appropriate.
TripleSafe Installation Process
The TripleSafe is installed and drainage lines added. The drainage lines are covered with a layer of CleanSpace liner before being filled in with a thin layer of cement.
Drainage Lines
Drainage lines are installed leading away from the sump pump.
TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.
DryTrak Installed
The DryTrak is cemented in place.
LawnScape System
The drainage lines are installed and buried in the yard. Once this is fully buried this project will be complete.
