Before Work Begins
You can see by the muddy floor of this basement there is water intrusion and moisture issues.
Water Intrusion
In this photo you can see the water lines on the floor, at the bottom of this concrete block wall. This is where water is seeping in and coming out of the block wall onto the floor.
Wall Removal
The paneled wall on the right will need to be removed to install our WaterGuard system.
Excavation
An area is excavated for the sump pump installation. Once all products are placed and assembled everything will be cleaned up and sealed in, no holes will be visible.
Weeping Holes
Weeping holes are drilled into the bottom of the concrete block. This is to allow the water in the concrete to seep down, out of those weeping holes and into the WaterGuard drainage system.
WaterGuard and Sump Pump
The WaterGuard is placed and the TripleSafe sump pump is put into place and assembled.
WaterGuard Installation Process
After the WaterGuard is installed a layer of CleanSpace liner is placed over it before it is all cemented into place.
WaterGuard Installation Complete
After the WaterGuard is placed, a thin layer of cement seals it into place.
TripleSafe Installation
The TripleSafe has been assembled, along with the WaterGuard and everything is sealed into place with a thin layer of cement.
Drainage Lines
Drainage lines are installed to pump the water out of the basement.
