Before Project Begins
You can see were water has damaged this basement, the water line is high on the concrete block wall. All these items will be moved before we start installing the waterproofing products.
Excavation for WaterGuard
The perimeter of the basement is excavated to get ready to install the WaterGuard system.
Weep Holes
Weep holes are drilled at the bottom of the blocks to drain the hollow cavities.
WaterGuard System
The system sits on top of the footing, away from the "mud zone" underneath your floor. Water is collected without the risk of clogs that would halt your system.
Trench Drain
The Trench drain is put in place. This allows water to flow into it before entering the basement. The Trench drain is used in high traffic areas like entrances.
Installation Process
After the WaterGuard is installed a thin layer of CleanSpace liner is placed on top before it is covered with a layer of cement.
WaterGuard System Complete
The WaterGuard system installation is complete and covered with a thin of cement.
TripleSafe Sump Pump Installation
The TripleSafe sump pump is fully installed and a thin layer of cement is applied around it.
Trench Drain Installation
The Trench drain installation is complete and set into place with a thin layer of cement.
IceGuard® system
Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe.
