This customer in Bremen, KY called Frontier for their basement waterproofing needs. To waterproof their basement we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, CleanSpace wall liner, a Trench drain, and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump water through the drainage lines. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines and a LawnScape system. Now their basement is dry and clean.

Water Damage

Water is pooling in the basement. It is pooling around the bottom of the concreate block wall, if not addressed it will lead to mold and sinkage and structural damage to the basement and home.

Mold and Mildew

The water leakage is starting to cause mold growth on the concrete block. This will continue to get worse if not mitigated.

Excavation Process

An area around the perimeter is excavated to place the WaterGuard subfloor drainage system.

For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.
