Trench Dug
A trench is dug around the perimeter of the foundation walls in preparation for installing the WaterGuard subfloor drainage system.
Getting Ready for TripleSafe Installation
After the trench is dug around the perimeter a hole is dug for the installation of the TripleSafe sump pump installation.
Weep Holes
Weep holes are drilled into the concrete block for water to drain out into the WaterGuard system.
Trench Drain
A trench drain is installed in high traffic areas like doorways. Water will fall into the drain and be funneled through the WaterGuard system and out the drainage lines.
WaterGuard Placed
Unlike old-fashioned drain tile systems installed on the outside of the home, WaterGuard® is installed just underneath the perimeter edge of the basement floor.
CleanSpace® Wall System and WaterGuard Installation
The WaterGuard is cemented into place and CleanSpace is installed over the wall to create a barrier for water and moisture.
Trench Drain Installation
The trench drain is fully installed and a thin layer of cement is placed on top to secure it into place.
TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.
IceGuard and Lawnscape
Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe.
Project Complete
The wall is stabilized, the drainage system installed, and the walls are covered with the CleanSpace wall liner.
