Trench Dug and Weep Holes Drilled
A trench is dug around the perimeter of the basement and weep holes are drilled. These holes will help water drain from the concrete block into the WaterGuard once it is placed.
WaterGuard
The WaterGuard is placed around the perimeter and surrounded with clean gravel.
WaterGuard Installed
Unlike old-fashioned drain tile systems installed on the outside of the home, WaterGuard® is installed just underneath the perimeter edge of the basement floor.
CleanSpace® Liner
CleanSpace liner is placed over the WaterGuard before it is cemented into place.
CleanSpace® vapor barrier
CleanSpace liner is installed on the walls to create a barrier to keep out water and moisture.
CleanSpace® Wall System
The CleanSpace is installed and PowerBrace beams are installed to stabilize the wall.
TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.
Project Complete
Once the CleanSpace wall system is installed as well as the WaterGuard placed a thin layer of cement is laid over the WaterGuard to keep everything secure and in place.
