This customer in Pleasant View, TN called Frontier due to a water intrusion into their basement. To mitigate this issue and waterproof the basement we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, Trench drains, CleanSpace wall liner, a TripleSafe sump pump to pump water through the drainage lines and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines and a LawnScape system. Now their basement is dry and clean.

Trench Dug

Atrench is dug around the perimeter of the basement and weep holes are drilled for water to flow from the walls into the WaterGuard once it is put in place.

TripleSafe Installation

A whole is dug out at the lowest point in the basement to install the TripleSafe sump pump. All the water will flow down through the WaterGuard into the sump pump and then pumped out through the drainage lines.

WaterGuard Being Placed

The system sits on top of the footing, away from the "mud zone" underneath your floor. Water is collected without the risk of clogs that would halt your system.

Subfloor Drainage

After the WaterGuard is put in place, a thin layer of CleanSpace is added on top. This will be covered with cement to complete the installation.

The SaniDry Sedona offers giant performance in a small package. It's the world's most efficient, high-performance dehumidifier, without a bulky heat exchange core. The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces, yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. IceGuard® Discharge Line Protection: Many sump pump discharge lines are susceptible to freezing during the cold winter months.
