Moisture Levels
Checking the moisture levels in the basement. This level is very high and a perfect breeding ground for mold.
Wood Moisture
Checking levels of moisture in the wooden floor joists in the adjoining crawl space inside the basement of this structure. This will give us an accurate picture of what products are needed to water proof this basement.

Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

Once the WaterGuard system is put in place, covered with CleanSpace liner it is cemented in place.
The SaniDry Sedona
The SaniDry Sedona offers giant performance in a small package. It's the world's most efficient, high-performance dehumidifier, without a bulky heat exchange core. The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces, yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.

The raised dimples on our CleanSpace® Drainage Matting gives the water flooding into your basement a channel underneath. This directs the water flooding your basement to your perimeter basement drain and sump pump system.
CleanSpace® vapor barrier
The CleanSpace® Vapor Barrier is the heart and soul of the CleanSpace® system. This durable, bright white crawl space liner installs on the walls and floors, preventing water vapor and humidity from passing through. By keeping your basement dry, you protect your structure from mold and rot.
IceGuard and LawnScape System
LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
