This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier for their basement waterproofing needs and a failing wall. To fix the wall failure we installed our PowerBrace™ Foundation Wall Repair System. The PowerBrace™ is a patented foundation wall repair system that's designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten walls over time. To waterproof their basement we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump water through the drainage lines. CleanSpace wall liner was also added as an extra barrier from moisture. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines and a LawnScape system.

PowerBrace™ Foundation Wall Repair System

The PowerBrace™ is a patented foundation wall repair system that's designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten walls over time. These steel i-beams will stabilize the wall in its current position without any further adjustment. Over time, the PowerBrace™ System can be tightened to make bowing or tilting walls straighter.

Sump Pump

More of the WaterGuard is put into place and a hole is dug out to place the TripleSafe sump pump. The sump pump container is placed in first and the system is installed inside of it.

Like our other wall systems, it can hold back water vapor passing through your foundation walls, directing it to your sump pump. With anti-microbial protection called UltraFresh built right in, no mold or mildew will grow on the CleanSpace! It is also placed over the WaterGuard system.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

Project Complete

With the walls stabilized and all the waterproofing products installed, this project is now complete and the homeowner now has a clean, dry, and stabilized basement.
