This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier for their basement waterproofing needs. To waterproof their basement we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump water through the drainage lines. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines and a LawnScape system. Now their basement is dry and clean.

Trim Removed

After the trim is removed from this wall water damage is visible with mold starting to grow. To mitigate this issue, this will be cut out of the drywall.

Excavation Process

Excavating a trench around the perimeter of the walls for the WaterGuard to be placed.

Drywall Removed

The small area of drywall with the mold growth is cut out to contain the mold growth. Since drywall is organic, and food for mold it has to be removed rather than just treated or cleaned.
