This customer in Clarksville, TN, called Frontier for their basement waterproofing needs. To waterproof their basement, we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage as well as a TripleSafe sump pump to pump water through the drainage lines. CleanSpace wall liner was also added as an extra barrier from moisture. We also installed a Trench drain where vehicle and foot traffic enter. We finished the project with an IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines and a LawnScape system. Now, their basement is dry and clean.

Trench Dug

A trench is dug around the perimeter of the basement in preparation of placing the WaterGuard drainage system down.

Weep Holes

Weep holes are drilled into the concrete block wall to let water drain out into the WaterGuard system.

Once the WaterGuard system is put in place a thin layer of CleanSpace is placed on top before everything is cemented in place.

The trench drain is placed in high traffic areas like entrances and doorways to keep water from entering.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

IceGuard and LawnScape

Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
