Drywall Removed
Some drywall is cut out due to the water intrusion. This will also help us dig the perimeter trench as close as possible to the framing so that there are no gaps when we install the WaterGuard.

Starting on the Project
The process of digging the trench to place the WaterGuard drainage system is starting.

Sump Pump Installation
A hole is dug out to prepare to place the sump pump. The sump pump shell will be inserted into this place, and then the interior parts will be installed.

Trench Dug
The trench id dug around the perimeter, and weep holes are drilled. The WaterGuard is on the left, ready to be installed in place.

WaterGuard Placement
The WaterGuard is being placed. After it is fully installed, a layer of CleanSpace will be added, and then everything will be covered with a thin layer of cement.

The WaterGuard® Drainage System
Our most popular drainage system, WaterGuard® is the ideal solution for most basement waterproofing applications. Unlike old-fashioned drain tile systems installed on the outside of the home, WaterGuard® is installed just underneath the perimeter edge of the basement floor.

CleanSpace
A layer of CleanSpace is added on top of the WaterGuard after it is installed in place, this just adds another level of protection.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

IceGuard and LawnScape System
Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
