Trench Dug
A trench is dug along the basement perimeter in preparation for installing the WaterGuard drainage system.

Drywall Removed
The moldy, water-damaged drywall has been removed. It will be replaced once the WaterGuard system is fully installed. For this project, we will be installing EverLast™ finished wall panels to replace the drywall.

Weep Holes and Trench Drain Excavation
Weep holes are drilled to let water seep out into the WaterGuard system. An area is also excavated in the doorway to place a Trench drain.

WaterGuard and Trench Drain Installation
The WaterGuard has been installed, and a layer of CleanSpace is placed on top. The Trench drain is installed at the door opening. Trench drains are used in high-traffic areas like doorways.

WaterGuard Installation
The WaterGuard system is installed and a layer of cement is added on top to keep everything secure and in place.

Trench Drain Installed
The trench drain is installed and a layer of cement is added to secure it. Any water that tries to enter through the entrance will fall into this drain and be funneled out of the basement.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

EverLast™ Finished Wall Restoration System
Our EverLast™ Finished Wall Restoration System provides a solution for homeowners who have experienced wet, damaged or moldy walls in their finished basement, and protects against any future damage.

Wall Panels Installed and Trim being added
This wall system includes metal studs and an inorganic, mold-resistant wall product that replaces the bottom 32" of your home's drywall. An inorganic base molding and decorative chair rail make this an appealing, long-lasting solution that will keep your basement looking great!

IceGuard and LawnScape
Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
