Moisture Issues
This basement has obvious signs of moisture issues. There is mold growth, water seepage, dust and debris all over the floor.

WaterGuard Installation
Our most popular drainage system, WaterGuard® is the ideal solution for most basement waterproofing applications. Unlike old-fashioned drain tile systems installed on the outside of the home, WaterGuard® is installed just underneath the perimeter edge of the basement floor.

CleanSpace
After the WaterGuard is put in place, a layer of CleanSpace is placed on top. We also added CleanSpace to this section of the basement wall for an extra barrier.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

Trench Drain Installation Complete
A Trench drain is installed in areas where we cannot get to the perimeter to dig out a place to install the WaterGuard.

WaterGuard Installation Process Complete
The WaterGuard is put in place, covered with CleanSpace, and cemented in place. The CleanSpace wall system is also installed. These products will work together to keep this basement dry.

TripleSafe Sump Pump and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
A TripleSafe® Sump Pump System (shown here), combined with a SaniDry® dehumidifier, represents the ultimate in crawl space waterproofing and humidity control.

LawnScape
LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.

IceGuard® Discharge Line Protection
Many sump pump discharge lines are susceptible to freezing during the cold winter months. Our IceGuard® discharge line protection prevents this from happening, with no need for the homeowner to do anything! This specifically designed grated adapter is located outside where the discharge line exits the house. If the pipe underground freezes in the winter, water can still be pumped out without the worry of backups into your basement!
