Concrete Leveling Photo Album: Foundation & Concrete Repair in Auburn, KY.

These homeowners' were having a few issues that were concerning to them. First concern was their front porch there were a lot of cracks and an overall unevenness. They were concerned this could become a tripping hazard. Their other concern was cracks in their foundation. There were a few different spots on the outside of their home where cracks were visible as well as some doors and windows that were a little tougher than normal to open and close. They contacted Frontier and we were able to provide solutions for their concerns.

This is what their front porch looks like after we were able to go in there and get everything lift and leveled and sealed to ensure no problems or tripping hazards in the future.

This is what the inside of their crawl space looked like. This is concerned because while they do have a vapor barrier down which is great and moving in the right direction. It was not sealed to the wall which creates an environment for moisture to still get within the crawl space.

Our inspections are thorough and we go underneath the home into the crawl space to ensure the problems are not just outside the home but to ensure the foundation is healthy as well. As you can see cracks on the inside of the foundation. This is normally a sign of foundation settlement and with the right professionals an easy fix.
