Concrete Leveling Photo Album: Sinking Porch Steps Get Lifted and Sealed in Clarksville, TN
This Clarksville home had a problem with their concrete slab porch steps attached to their porch sinking. Concrete slabs can sink and settle for a few reasons, such as erosion, flooding, or the soil not being properly prepared before the slab was made on it. Either way, the family was worried about someone tripping, as well as the value of the home decreasing. They called us up and scheduled their free inspection. One of our trained inspectors came out and looked over their property. He knew exactly what they needed, He told them all about our concrete repair products and they agreed that the products were perfect. The steps are now where they should be and we have a happy homeowner. We love helping our community find lasting solutions to their problems with products they can trust! We offer free estimates and inspections year around, but don't wait too long because the damages never get better over time!
Sinking Steps
This beautiful home had one problem- the sinking porch steps were causing the home's value to decrease!
PolyLevel
We used PolyLevel ( high-density, expanding polyurethane foam ) to lift the steps back to their original position.
This is done by boring small (penny sized) holes in the slab, and using specially designed equipment to inject a structural grade polymer into the void.
NexusPro
This crack has been sealed with NexusPro Sealant.
NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions.
