Sinking Concrete Porch Lifted and Sealed in Nashville, TN

This 1972 Nashville home's porch recently had some settlement issues that resulted in a tripping hazard. Their concrete porch had sunk a little and become uneven and cracks began to appear recently. The homeowners have had recent slips, because of these issues and were worried a fall might land someone in the hospital. Our trained inspector came out and surveyed their property. He noted all of the cracks and sinking porch.. he knew exactly what to do.
Our crew came in and installed helical piers under the porch slab to lift it back to its original position and used NexusPro Sealant to seal the cracks in their sidewalk.
